Nelly Yusupova
Nelly Yusupova is a CTO, with over 18 years experience, leading companies to technical excellence. She is a start-up tech advisor, outsourced CTO, and the creator of TechSpeak for Entrepreneurs.
Nelly is on a mission to help entrepreneurs minimize technology mistakes and through her online masterclass TechSpeak for Entrepreneurs, she provides the roadmap to successfully manage technology teams and projects, even if you are not technical or know how to code.
Nelly was included in Fast Company’s, “League of Extraordinary Women”, and has been at the forefront of the women’ s movement online since 1999. She was also named Wall Street Journal’s “Woman on the IT Fast Track”.

Jamaila Holder
Jamaila Holder is a seasoned Product Leader with experience at LinkedIn, SAP, and Vanguard, where she honed her expertise in guiding founders to build successful tech products. With over a decade of experience developing B2B and B2C technology, she founded her consulting practice, offering Product Management as a Service to help founders learn, build, and launch innovative products. Jamaila is passionate about crafting user experiences that align with customer needs, leveraging user research, data-driven insights, and optimal design patterns to create dynamic product strategies. Over her 18-year career, she has been recognized by The Product School for her thought leadership, guest lectured on product management at Columbia Business School, and taught 200 founders through workshops she designed. Jamaila focuses on centering people and processes, enabling teams to deliver meaningful results and achieve their business goals.

Amina AITai (pronounced AH-MIN-UH) is a holistic business and career coach, proud immigrant and chronic illness advocate. A leading coach to notable leaders, executives and founders—Amina's mastery is in connecting us to our brilliance and teaching us to live and lead from it each day. As a woman of color of Iraqi descent, she often works with marginalized communities to help them realize possibilities in a way that honors their particular lived experiences. Deonne Poovey is the Director of Customer Success at ZenBusiness, where she leads the fulfillment team responsible for processing business formation documents with state agencies. With over 13 years of experience in the legal services industry, Deonne has a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in business formation and a passion for helping entrepreneurs bring their dreams to life.
Deonne has been with ZenBusiness for over four years, and in May 2024, she was promoted to Director. Linda Holcman
Linda Holcman, is founder and leader of What’s Next Ventures? a consulting practice that delivers growth for startups and mid-size companies. Experienced in the Americas, Caribbean, and European regions, Linda adeptly navigates emerging and/or developed markets building profitable opportunities across industries such as Technology, Media, and Consumer Product Goods industries.
Linda successfully turns ideas into reality and sales potential into realized revenue. Her expertise has resulted in expanding into new markets, increasing customer loyalty and share, and driving sales.
Prior to launching her consulting practice, Linda honed her marketing skills in leading Fortune 500 companies – The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, Perry Ellis, and Lucent Technologies/Avaya Inc. In her practice, Linda has worked with rapidly growing firms and start-up ventures.

APPLICATION
REQUIREMENTS
If you are applying, you should be:
- Based in the U.S. or Territories.- 18 years old or older.
- Still in the early idea phase, with a business that is not yet registered in any state.
- Pre-Revenue, not have existing revenue from your business.
- Able to articulate how your inclusion in the program contributes to disrupt inequities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Able to clearly and concisely summarize your business concept and vision.
- Open to mentorship, learning, and building a scalable, sustainable business, tech-enabled business.
FAQs
Who is eligible to apply?
The program is open to any founder who is over 18 years old, does not have a registered business, is in the pre-revenue stage and based in the United States Of America.
Is there a limit to the number of times someone can apply?
We will only review the first application submitted per company, and founders are not allowed to apply as more than one company. We welcome applications from companies that include co-founders, especially those with leadership teams that reflect the mission of digitalundivided.
When and where will the START program take place?
All sessions will be held virtually and will be held in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays between February 18th and March 6th. A virtual Founder showcase will occur on March 13th..
What will participants gain from participating?
All participants who successfully complete the program will also create a pitch deck that they will be eligible to use.
When does the START program begin?
The program officially kicks off in early 2025, setting you up to start the new year on the path to entrepreneurship! Accepted participants will have the chance to engage in a robust three-week program focused on transforming ideas into a sustainable business.
