The Do You Fellowship is a specialized, comprehensive, and interactive seven-week program designed to empower a cohort of 10 entrepreneurs with the essential skills, knowledge, and mentorship needed to grow and scale their businesses. The program offers a flexible yet robust educational environment tailored to address the unique challenges faced by those founders in entrepreneurship.

- Be 18 years of age or older
- Business registered for at least 1 year
- Must be a for-profit business
- Majority ownership of an established business (must have at least 51% ownership of their business)
- Tech-based or innovatively incorporates technology in the business model.
- Founders are required to share how and in what way inclusion in this program will disrupt inequities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem or investment landscape in which they operate or which digitalundivided operates.
- Post-Revenue stage with an Annual Revenue of $250,000 - $500,000 or raised $50,000 - $500,00 in funding

Bri's Dance Place LLC
Brianna Hairlson
Brianna Hairlson is the founder of Bri’s Dance Place, which was birthed while attending Howard University. She is the creator of Bump N’ Dance Class for new and expectant moms. At 6 months pregnant, she took her class on a 7 city tour across the United States, continuing to dance until 4 days of giving birth. As the largest and only national and state certified, Black Owned dance studio in NW Indiana, they teach life through dance while focusing on age appropriate choreography, costumes, and music. Bri’s Dance Place has garnered national recognition, most recently featured in Comcast Rise’s documentary: Road to RISE. Located in Merrillville, Indiana, Bri’s Dance Place has served over 2000 families and has received over $200,000 in social impact grants and services for the change they are creating in the community. Brianna and her husband Paul have 3 young children: Paul II, Brayden, and Parker.

Danielle Stevens
Danielle Elizabeth Stevens is the Founding Director of Moonlight Wellness, an integrative health and wellness consulting practice bridging the gap between social justice and holistic health. Moonlight Wellness promotes the health and wellbeing of marginalized communities and those working toward systemic change. Moonlight Wellness was founded in 2012 when Danielle, at the time a grassroots community organizer, recognized the traumatic wounds that she and her peers carried while engaged in activism, which led to fragmentation & burnout. Danielle believes healing from oppression essential in fostering sustainable and effective social impact work via individual and collective well-being. She travels the world utilizing evidence-based strategies and creative interventions to empower communities to mend the inner wounds of injustice as a compass to heal a broken system thus creating movements AND communities that are resilient, adaptive, and poised for longevity. She specializes in trauma-informed mindfulness programming, retreat implementation, curriculum development, corporate wellness strategy, and community health education, fostering spaces for deep healing, community connection, empowered self-determination, and collective resilience. Danielle has been honored by the NAACP, featured in the LA Times, NYT Mag, CNN, and SiriusXM radio, and has partnered with brands like Google and Cartier.

Jessica King
Jessica King is the founder and CEO of FlowIntell, a company dedicated to developing non-invasive screening tools for early detection and management of endometriosis. Her mission is to empower women with accessible and effective health solutions, particularly in underserved communities. FlowIntell was founded in 2021 when Jessica realized the significant gap in women’s health education after three of her friends were diagnosed with endometriosis. As founder & CEO of FlowIntell, Jessica developed the technology behind the screening kits and app she is performing usability studies to better understand her customers, forming strategic partnerships, and overseeing business development. Jessica believes every woman deserves access to timely and accurate reproductive health information. To date, Jessica has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the "40 Under 40,” and as top 11 startups to watch in Florida, as well as featured in programs such as Camelback, Rally, and MetaVerse Conferences.

Melissa A. Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of Abeille Creations (ABL), a wearable art and custom design house that bridges art, technology, and fashion on a global scale. Her mission is to create an art-collecting experience through apparel, home décor, and high-end goods that inspire joy and healing. Abeille Creations was founded in 2014 when Melissa, a self-taught Bahamian artist, channeled her passion for vibrant, cultural designs into a business that quickly gained international acclaim. As CEO, Melissa oversees all creative direction and brand partnerships, ensuring that each piece reflects her commitment to excellence and storytelling. She believes that art has the power to heal and bring optimism to the world. Monica Williams
Monica Williams is the CEO of RedDrop, a groundbreaking period care brand specifically designed for tweens. Her mission is to offer the best products for 10-12-year-old girls and provide desexualized, normalized education to empower the next generation of women. Founded in 2019 by a team comprising an educator and a physician, RedDrop was born from the shared vision of two mothers who recognized the need for better first-period products and experiences. As the founder and CEO, Monica oversees supply chain management, fulfillment, distribution, channel expansion, and product development. Her leadership is instrumental in shaping RedDrop into a brand that creates a more supportive environment for girls today and tomorrow. Under Monica’s guidance, RedDrop has gained significant recognition, becoming a 2024 Black Ambition Semi-Finalist, a 2024 Entrepreneur Magazine Semi-Finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year, and a Semi-Finalist in Ulta’s Muse Accelerator. Shante Frazier is the cofounder of WellCapped, a rental platform for wigs and hair extensions. The company was founded in 2021 after Shante's aunt suggested that someone should start a company that was like Rent the Runway but for hair extensions. As co-founder & CEO of WellCapped, Shante oversees the company's strategy, member retention plan, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. Shante believes that everyone deserves luxury and at WellCapped she is on a mission to empower people to embrace all facets of their personality. To date, WellCapped has been featured in Bloomberg, Well + Good, Revolt TV's Bet on Black, and Essence.

Tammeca Rochester is CEO and Founder of Harlem Cycle, Harlem’s first and only indoor cycling studios. Tammeca founded Harlem Cycle in 2016 and became one of the only boutique fitness studios in the area. What started as a personal interest in cycling fitness has transformed into a thriving intergenerational community centered on the wellness and excellence of people of color. Prior to Meloscene, Dawn spent 12 years in the finance industry at Whittier Trust Company, 10 years in the recruiting industry, and 4 years in the information technology industry. Her professional experience includes operations, business development, and human resources.
